- Use of Service: You must have rights to content you upload. Prohibited content includes illegal, harmful, or copyrighted material you don't own.
- Pricing: Pricing varies by writing type and length. Each type has its own per-word rate. Prices may change without notice. AI may lengthen or condense the writing based on its efforts to provide the most quality writing. Payments will be based on the requested number of pages and the AI normally delivers within 30%-25% of that requested length.
- Deliverables: Two editable .docx files per purchase, emailed within 2 hours; your requested writing and character persona research. (The "Refine Writing" automation only provides the updated writing; without the Character Personas since this automation is a more extensive workflow meant for more complete works)
- Refund: All sales are final. No refunds or revisions are provided.
- IP & Licenses: You own your outputs; you grant us a license to process uploads for story and poem generation. All users are responsible for any IP violations, the legal implications, penalties, fines, and compensation.

- AI may interpret prompts differently than intended. Clear, detailed prompts yield better results.
- Output quality depends on the specificity and clarity of your input.
- AI-generated content may require editing and revision to match your exact vision.
- The AI works within technological limitations and may not perfectly replicate specific author styles or complex narrative structures.
- We recommend an iterative approach: start with shorter pieces, refine your prompts, then expand to longer works.
- Final word counts may vary ±25% from requested lengths as the AI optimizes for quality and narrative flow.
